Completed in 2026 situated in the scenic region of Golem, this 6-story building is set to redefine luxury living. Spanning five floors, it seamlessly blends residential and commercial spaces, catering to modern comfort and business needs. The structure includes an underground parking level and is complemented by a state-of-the-art elevator for easy access to all floors. A luxurious pool further enhances its allure, making it a prime destination for relaxation and urban convenience.
Seaside Residential
Completed in 2019, the Seaside residential complex nestle harmoniously between lush greenery and the azure sea, crafting a serene vacation retreat. With its five elegant floors, this haven is perfect for families and is particularly cherished by young couples seeking a blend of luxury and tranquility.
Everblue Residential
The Everblue residential complex, completed in 2015 and positioned between greenery and the sea, offers a relaxing vacation environment. This residence is suitable for families, as well as being highly preferred by young couples. Everblue consists of 8 residential buildings and a lush green garden, at the center of which stands a fountain with crystal-clear water.
Presidential Building of Albania

Located in Tirana's core, the Presidential Building is a symbol of Albania's heritage and future. Kamberi Construction skillfully blended traditional Albanian motifs with modern design. Key features include eco-sustainable systems, state-of-the-art facilities, and serene landscaped gardens. A testament to our expertise, the building stands as a beacon of progress and national pride.
Situated in Tirana's upscale Bllok district, this 11-story building seamlessly blends luxury residential living with modern business needs. Key features include a dedicated parking floor, premium residential spaces across eight levels, and two floors tailored for businesses. Enhancing its functionality is a cutting-edge elevator system, all in Tirana's vibrant heart.
