Founded in 1993, Kamberi Construction began its journey in the outskirts of Tirana, Albania, with a focus on supplying essential construction materials such as steel and concrete blocks. Over the following decade, we built the expertise and confidence to transition into full-scale construction , taking on complete building projects and establishing our presence in the heart of Tirana, with landmark structures situated directly opposite the Republican Guard headquarters.
From there, our portfolio grew steadily across the capital, before extending beyond Albania's borders into North Macedonia, where we successfully designed and delivered two distinguished buildings from the ground up.
Returning home, we turned our attention to Albania's Adriatic coast. In Qerret, a charming seaside town just 55 kilometres from Tirana we developed a gated community of over 300 apartments, bringing a new standard of residential living to the region. Building on that success, our latest project is located near Mali i Robit in Golem, only a ten-minute drive away. This landmark development comprises 200 thoughtfully designed apartments alongside a restaurant, a pool, and a full suite of amenities completed in 2026. Blending luxury with coastal tranquility, it is designed to be a retreat for both Albanian families and international guests seeking their perfect home away from home.
